WWE Divas have gotten a terrible reputation in the past and it seems like it all boils down to a lack of wrestling ability. Some have considered the matches that these ladies have "boring," even though it's clear that there are a few ladies who can effectively have a number of great matches. It seems like there's going to be a new hire, though, and it's definitely a great prospect. In order to build this woman up, perhaps social media agencies can be of some help.
This new hire goes by the name of Kendra Smith and it seems like she's more than simply a pretty face. While I can see her being a face for WWE to build their female division around based on looks alone, she has the ability to back it up. Did you know that Smith has a litany of skills at her disposal, ranging from mixed martial arts to kickboxing? It's clear that she has a lot of potential and possibly more physical skill than many females in WWE today.
I can't deny the idea that Smith's personality shines in her videos. When I watched her train to become a more effective wrestler, she seemed to exude a personality that wasn't unlike anyone else. She simply wanted to be able to train and she felt pain during the process; a realistic take like this may actually come more recommended than the attitudes that any overblown characters would be able to showcase. The everywoman isn't a common character in wrestling but Smith could pull it off well.
Now that you understand why Smith would be great for WWE, you may wonder how social media agencies would be able to offer their assistance on the matter. Well, companies along the lines of fishbat have been able to clear up a company's reputation or help to highlight the good aspects in comparison to the competition. In Smith's case, there is a multitude of skills seen that current Divas cannot easily stake claim to. I also believe she'd be able to perform well in Divas matches, offering the ladies ample time to work.
It seems like wrestling is always going to be a show that I criticize and nothing will change it. One of my biggest points of contention has got to be the Divas division and the way that it has been given fewer and fewer instances of attention as the shows go by. Why hire these ladies on if there are going to be utilized well in shows, I wonder? Smith is a legitimate talent, though, so maybe there is hope for a fleeting Divas division soon.
